Is a working class “patches on patches” Iowa squash farmer. Dave has worked on countless grassroots campaigns. He was the rural specialist for Bernie 2022 in Iowa, Nevada and South Carolina and built United Today Stronger Tomorrow into a strong national organization. Today Dave does recruitment for Men’s Circle for Base building
Andrew Smith
Formerly incarcerated at 17 Andy worked inside of Occupy Wall St, started a 5 million dollar grassroots disaster relief organization Occupy Sandy, was the Former Electoral Manager for the Dream Defenders and Built All Kings from $50K org with 0 staff to a $1.5 million org with 10 staff.
Ben Kremer
Ben Kremer is an organizer, facilitator, movement builder, and lifelong New Englander. He founded New Hampshire Youth Movement in 2017 along with a scrappy band of student organizers, and built it to the leading youth power organization in NH starting as a volunteer core member, then director until 2025.
We have the grit and experience to start a movement to re-define masculinity within rural American men.
We have 30+ years of organizing under our belt at the forefront of every movement moment over the last 20 years
We have facilitated hundreds of men in and out of the organizing world through healing processes
With only $50K in seed funding, we trained 35 men and incubated 6 circles across the Midwest
